Supporting the Structural Pillars
- Andrea encourages Esther to share journal promises and goals whereby she wishes to have Andrea’s help and support to achieve success
- Andrea references Esther’s promises and goals in her e-mails and encourages Esther to progress with her journal entries and use them as self-assessment tools from which to learn and grow.
- Andrea receives updates on the semi-annual workshops, and uses them as a reference point in her communication with Esther
- Andrea commits to monthly or more frequent coaching and motivational communications to Esther through direct e-mail.
Supporting the Activities & Actions
- Andrea uses the book ‘GIVING’ as a coaching tool when coaching Esther on her ‘Give Back’ actions
- Andrea continues to use ‘My Five Selfs’ as a coaching tool for Esther
- Andrea receives Esther’s ‘Letter from the Future’ and coaches toward it
