  • Andrea receives updates on the semi-annual workshops, and uses them as a reference points in her communication with Esther
  • Andrea commits to monthly coaching and motivational communications to Esther by e-mailing her letters to a GGBC Social Work, who prints the letters and delivers them to Esther
