The Five-Phase Transitioning Process for a Disadvantaged Girl

Phase I: High School
Phase II: Gap Period
Phase III: Tertiary Education
Phase IV: Societal Launching
Phase V: Giving Back

Phase IV: Societal Launching

The goal is to ensure, as best as possible, that the girls are in a position to find gainful employment in the profession or career to which they most aspire. Phase IV is designed to allow them a 4-month time period during which they are able to job search and organize themselves to live productively and independently.

The mentoring process is critical now, because maintaining a positive attitude and staying focused and motivated are essential in Phase IV.

Next: Phase V

All of the girls are guided toward professions and careers that offer gainful employment AND help Kenya.

Rosemary attended a 2-year Teaching College and she will teach Primary School Children.
