NONI KADZUTUMentoring Committee
Noni Kadzutu has been involved in formal mentoring programs focused on the girl child. Her passion is to see more young women break the glass ceiling that has for so long been viewed as a barrier to their success while giving back to their societies and empowering the next generation of women. Noni joined the GGBC program as a mentor in 2014. In 2019, she joined the Mastercard Foundation Scholars program as a mentor and continues to be a mentor under both programs to date. She is a coordinator between GGBC and one of the Kenyan private partners and has advocated and recruited numerous mentors to support the cause of GGBC.
Noni is an accountant by training and an auditor by profession with experience in the industry spanning over 14 years with experience gained from Deloitte and PWC in Kenya where she has grown through the ranks and is currently a Senior Manager. She holds a MSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a Fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA).
Outside of work, she has a passion for supporting young women who have untapped potential that come her way. She does this through informal mentorship and education sponsorship to give them a chance to be socio-economically empowered.
