Global Give Back Circle’s work is focused on women and girls in Africa. In Kenya, we operate all program areas. In Rwanda, we operate our workforce readiness program for high school girls. In Uganda, Tanzania and Ghana, we operate our mentorship model.
Our Impact Across Africa
Our work is strategically centered on empowering women and girls across the African continent through a tiered model of engagement that addresses regional needs with precision. In Kenya, we implement our most comprehensive “narrow and deep” approach, operating across all program areas—from our High School life skills, mentoring, give back and higher education scholarship programming to our HER Lab economic empowerment incubators and our HER Financial Freedom Program financial inclusion initiatives. Our presence in Rwanda is focused on our High School life skills, mentoring, give back and higher education scholarship programming. Expanding our reach further, we deploy our signature mentorship models across Uganda, Tanzania, and Ghana, connecting young women with a global network of support to ensure they recognize their value and remain on a pathway toward dignified work.
